Here's my old man. This is my second German Shepherd can't imagine not having one now.

Nice -- been looking for a black one on various visits to the shelter. Just missed one on the same afternoon we adopted Miss Sassypants, they said we couldn't take 2 in the same day. Oh well.

That's awesome you are going the shelter route. It's definitely harder to find one in all black but I like the look lol.

We have a pretty awesome shelter and animal league here, we've always had great dogs from there -- I narrowly missed out on an all-white one and an all-black one. But love my big girl, even if she is a XXL wussbunny.

Yes indeed danimal -- the pooch in my avatar passed in 2013 -- he was my first dog and we were inseparable buddies.

Somebody stole my two year old blue heeler named penny when i was at work six months ago she was very smart and would ride with me everywhere and figured out how to pull a block vent from my foundation and put all her toys and would steal all the neighbors dogs toys too. i checked the shelter and tried facebook.
