When she is in the correct environment & mood she'll chase anything for about half a mile.
Although with age she is turning into a dedicated digger.

At times I have to call her off, command to stop how hunt obsessed she becomes.

In the house she is the cuddliest pup You may ever meet in Your life.

We had to put down one of our beloved cats this morning. We are very heartbroken and I worry about his brother who has been with him since they showed up at our door about 14 years ago.

Sorry to hear that. They sure become part of the family don't they, especially after 14 years. Hopefully his brother will adjust.

We had to put down one of our beloved cats this morning. We are very heartbroken and I worry about his brother who has been with him since they showed up at our door about 14 years ago.

That sucks, we had three cats we found as kittens, only about a week old, the first one went at 11 years, second at 12 and the last one at 13. It is hard to lose them. While you can get another, you cannot replace the specific personality that they have!
