Gotta be careful doing that in chainsaws with small ports. You can end up sweeping away the direction and fuel can escape out the exhaust port
I agree. This was a good learning experience working in tighter places.

As you can see from the pic I went a little wide making the port sides more rounded that the original square. This wasn’t on purpose 😆

The stuffer on flywheel side fits whitout modification. Clutch side a little grinding and a washer. Also some jb welld to hold it in place.

I have heard of stuffers on 346 crank. Where do they come from, some other model?

Just got done with my first warhawk cylinder. .040 off base took .038 out of squish and got to .020 squish. Exhaust landed at 106 didn't raise it just widened and blended it, raised transfers to 122 and intake was at 77 widened and flattened it a little to 78 degrees. Cleaned and pointed lowers. Seems to run well need to get it in some wood soon. No plating flaked or had any issues seems ok for $29
