I would conservatively estimate that well over half the members of this forum know exactly who George Jones is/was. Most also know that he was married to Tammy Wynette who sang her famous song -- "Stand By Your Man". Just MHO.

I figured at least half maybe more. It seems like most of us on this forum are well seasoned adults. He had some good songs. He loved his liquor. He rode a riding mower to the liquor store once because Tammy hid the keys to all the cars.
