And i have the block to attach it to the bottom

I think I can answer a yes to this, it's what Husqvarna calls it, an air filter adapter.

The clamp is made by https://mpcindustries.com
It is a t-bolt type but with a combo head screw, DIN 3017 compliant.
Marked: "MPC 35 W2"

I can give you some pictures if you want.

Ah had a look, its replacement part number is still to be had at your local Husqvarna dealer.
