Stihl ms240 build

I wish to build an ms240, ( ms260 with cut fins and 024 plastic), in they near future. My question is, what is the best quality, least expensive PC combo out there. And where would you purchase it? The saw will very limited use, as I am addicted to the ms241 I now use regularly. Thanks for all input guys.

Is the 240 the same stroke as a 260, or 2mm shorter?

It will be be a 260 pro case and jug with the fins shaved so it can run old 024 plastic.

Best quality is finding a good clean used OEM jug and using a new OEM or meteor piston.

Everything else is really second rate.

Will send some when I get back home. All I have to show is a nice used 260 case and rotating assembly, and a nos 260 pro fuel tank/handle that I scored for cheap on the net. I will be in south Florida for another week or so.
