Been looking at long bars for the big girl..... that's become its name here.
My old man has offered to shout me one as payment for the week I spent fencing at his place a few weeks back.

My mill is good for 48" but longer rails can be made.
I dont plan to do a lot of slabbing. This saw will mainly be my "big job" saw to take the strain of running a big bar off the 066
I cant decide between getting a 50" or a 56"

I am going to sell the 2100 and 2101 I was planning on using for milling and just use the 090.
If I have smaller jobs my 066 will do it fine with a 30" bar

I already have the 25" for it, and am thinking I will just got to 50" which will take care of most everything I will come across around here, and be just that little bit more manageable when bucking

Yeah I got a couple forest king bars on that deal.

I spoke to a bloke I know locally who sells GB stuff and can do it cheaper for me

I had it running a couple weeks back.
Did a few cuts and the choke shaft snapped.
Repaired that and discovered my attempt an making a front AV mount had failed so the saw is stood up until I can come up with a solution for that

Frustrating
