I mill with my 075 and my 090, tune it fat and mix it 40:1 with good synthetic oil and give the saw a rest now and then. Must have over 300 slabs here and probably 90% of them were cut with the 075 or 090
Well I started taking apart the pump. Made a large oops. The piston was pretty much seized inside the casing. I thought the main case was hollow and the end of the piston shaft was visible. I sent a punch through that sucker and got the piston right out. Then I discovered I just blew a hole straight through the aluminum can think end wall of the case into the piston bore. Now a nice hole where there shouldn’t be. Judging by the “sold out” status of everywhere I’ve looked for that part number, I’m sidelined. Most of the other parts are sold out or unavailable as well. Doesn’t anyone make aftermarket parts for this stuff? Anyone sitting on a stock pile of NOS or OEM parts for these?
Check this out! 300 plus page PDF which contains what are seemingly updated part numbers for a lot of old stuff (1111 series and so on) as of 2019. It looks like a state contract purchase document for educators. Such as a shop teacher looking for parts to saws to educate young men on something real. I was able to pull up some more results on Google w these numbers. Some are still the same.

Yeah I love these old saws. Here’s some pics of the old girl. Not the best photos, I’ll get some better ones up once I get it back together. Both case halves are pretty clean and top covers good too. Underside and muffler cover have the most wear marks. I’d love to really go over this thing and get the muffler cover and top covers redone.
