My buddies 020t just won't oil.
He's changed the oiler, the worm gear and the pick up filter.
He's also thoroughly cleaned out the oil system.
It still won't oil.
He's using the right bar.
The bar is fine.

Going to have to go through the whole thing again, and one by one eliminate things until you find the guilty culprit.
I'd start with the tank, check for presence of oil and that the oil is not diluted with fuel or loaded with debris, aka saw boogers.
Move on to the drive system, check that it indeed is engaging as it should and turning the oil pump. Then the lines and finally the pump itself.
Wish there was an easier way, but just because it sounds like it should be fixed obviously doesn't always mean it is. Meaning it could have gotten a wrong part and is not engaging being driven for example.

Take the bar & chain off then start the saw and see if it is pumping oil out of the case. If it is you know it’s a problem from there, if not it’s a problem in the tank, lines or pump.

Pics of bar?
I’ve never had one of these not oil like crazy unless the gear was stripped, pump shaft was frozen, hose/filter was clogged or vent was clogged.
Other than that, what bar is being used?
