Going to have to go through the whole thing again, and one by one eliminate things until you find the guilty culprit.
I'd start with the tank, check for presence of oil and that the oil is not diluted with fuel or loaded with debris, aka saw boogers.
Move on to the drive system, check that it indeed is engaging as it should and turning the oil pump. Then the lines and finally the pump itself.
Wish there was an easier way, but just because it sounds like it should be fixed obviously doesn't always mean it is. Meaning it could have gotten a wrong part and is not engaging being driven for example.
