Stihl 056 Super

I seem to be hung up on these old saws since I got mine. How many of you got them if you do post up some pic,s of them jump right in here. I guess now in the future I will be looking for a 056 super mag II.

I don't have my 056 super together yet but will once I receive some parts. I'll post some pictures.

One thing I can't grasp is how the gas gets to the carb. There's an impulse line going to the carb but the tank doesn't have a line going to it. Am I simple or am I missing something?

Worked on a few hopped up 056's. Pretty cool saw.

This is my 056 Magnum II...In big wood it impresses me much more than any stock 066 I've ever ran.

On the home stretch of my 056 builder. Vac and pressure test went perfect so now trying to remember how the carb box went back together.


Could someone please take a detailed picture of the throttle and choke lever locations and the carb area in general?? It would be much appreciated

Hoping to have er done by Monday will take some pictures when it's complete

If you can wait till I get back in the shop be glad too the throtle lever goes behind the choke lever rod.

Sweet! Thank you so much. I can definitely wait. I'm done in my Domaine for now anyways. Itll have to wait for tomorrow. Gonna put the carb back together in the house tonight!!
