Nice build.
Cool build. Will be fun to watch the video.
The OEM spacer is 3/16”Muffler mountedView attachment 117155
The lower mounting holes and the holes to the cylinder both needed to be slotted to align the muffler properly. The 1/4” spacer worked, but was slightly too thick. I omitted the gaskets and used copper head gasket sealer. A 3/16” spacer would have been perfect. (Or a 1/8” spacer with gaskets on both sides)
Good news. That means an 046 Jug should fit even better. Not sure that the base would trim up though.Muffler mountedView attachment 117155

ZakleyYeah, just buy yourself a zylinder
I was thinking of making endcaps for the 10mm pin to fit a 12mm piston. This is where the dominant titanium rod comes to mind. How would you take care of the piston?
That would work nicely. I think a 046 cylinder would physically fit. When milling the case Mattyo clearanced both sides a little wider, I bet it would fit without even without narrowing the base. You would probably need to mill the edge of the flywheel to clear the transfer tunnel. I ground down the outside, but the 046 is wider and you might not be able to take enough off.I was thinking of making endcaps for the 10mm pin to fit a 12mm piston.
