New Richmond, Oh.
I rebuilt a saw for my Dad for Christmas as well. A MS200t. I put some things into that weren't really needed I'm hope he will get plenty of good reliable years of service out of it.

I thought the 34162x Oregon drum would take the larger bearing (fitment is 034/036/MS360).... turns out not, oh well.

Checked squish: 32-34 thou w/original gasket and 14-16 w/o gasket. I'll probably sand the jug down 13 thou or so on plate glass (use gasket).

Timing advance: 20 thou off key = 0.2135" at flywheel surface or ~6*

Cleaned up base gasket surface and flushed crankcase with mix. I've fixed enough things to know the syndrome "well, your already that far in, might as well do that and then that, etc..." before you know it you went from oil change to engine rebuild ;)

Bar is a bit worn, but still serviceable. I redressed the rails with a 90* guide (snowboarding tool) and the groove is still sufficiently deep. Stripped the remaining paint off and plan to give it a brushed look. Got a nose sprocket off eBay for $10.

Ordered the rest of the parts from the dealer... so far the pricing has been fair.
