So the top screw should be loosened a turn or so to vent?

That’s how it was when it arrived. It didn’t leak (much to my delight) so I never messed with it. There is also a grub screw in the lower part of the tower according to the parts list.

Yes. I saw that screw inside the snorkle. Anyone know how to properly adjust these???
Both the screw at the top and inside are tightened all the way in.
