Specialized cutting tools?

I found these 4 bits today for $0.50 each at a garage sale. The three on the left are Mohawk and the one on the right is marked "Yankee HSS". These appear to be some close tolerance reamers, anyone shed light on them?

Look sort of like valve guide reamers

Yes they are reamers. We use them at work for finishing bushings after pressing them into machine parts. The bushings shrink slightly when pressed in so a few thousands need to be removed for proper lube space.

Are they run in by hand like a tap?

Either by hand or power, if using power best done in an end mill for percise alignment.
