This was a Cub Cadet 2072 that passed through my hands before I moved from VA.

Some nice tractors. I was looking at buying a Cub Cadet prior to the Bolens but i
had heard from a few folks the hydros were a pain to adjust so they wouldn't creep.
Any truth to that.

I got the Cub Cadet from my best friend, he got it on sale around 1987 for $7,600, it listed for $8,500. It had a 60" deck and was fairly quick.

I've got 4 or 5 riding mowers that reside in the woods out of sight that followed me home like stray cats .Then I went out and did something which is entirely out of character for me .Spent 5600 bucks on a Toro Titan ,54" deck .

After I got over the initial shock of spending that much it has worked out well .That thing will boogey .I can do 2.5 acres in a little over an hour and a half .---then I spent the rest of the afternoon with another favorite past time ,drinking beer .Life is good .Thank you Mr.Toro where ever you are .

I just have the little 70's IHC 1000. Use it for pulling the tiller.

I had a 317 but it was a basket case with a good coat of fresh paint. That K17 engine was a pos. If I would have kept it, I would have simply put a Honda V-twin in it and been done with it. I almost wish I would have fixed it, but it would have had to be a frame-up rebuild...
