Plastic don't stay bent .
I rather like the plastic one just prefer the aluminium on the 460 and bigger

The thinning crews here like the plastic handles because when they fall a tree on the saw (which is common), the plastic handle breaks,
instead of bending and ruining the tank. So it becomes a relatively cheap repair.

hey guys, you're probably wondering why no updates are coming. I've had a little health problem recently, got lyme borelliosis from a tick bite some weeks ago. Now im 30 day + on antibiotics .... It is ridicoules, after more than 8 years in the german army and over 50-60 ticks you catch something like that while hiking in the corona time.

The recovery is going well though, I think I'll be fit again in one or two weeks to be able to continue with the saws.

I got the same thing this Summer for the first time in my life. Caught it early and killed it quick....I hope.

For me its pretty real the real thing about it are the severe long term health issues you can get from it if you dont cure it right in the beginning, can hit you again and again after years

but I am confident that it will be all right soon, i have good Med and the antibiotics do well.

I think a light tear down (cover, muffler) should be possible on the weekend, ore some weighing of the saws dry, full with bar and chain etc.

But cutting and the real action has to wait a bit now

A couple years back I got a tick born disease. I had it almost 6 months. Never knew I had it. No real symptoms. Dr. Said I should have had symptoms similar to malaria. I took the drugs and all was good.
