I'm curious about these saws, solos and dolmars aren't real common in this area. I've never seen one in person, doesnt mean my CAD isn't flaring up reading threads like these.

Intake boot clamp is much more stout than the one on this Makita. I need to find a substitute, I think.

0.02" for the two over the wrist pin. 0.01" for the other two. This is with no gasket, using a cheap HF plastic caliper.

Thoughts? Gasket measures 0.01" using same caliper.

Put your solder closer to the edges of the piston and measure again.The closer to the edge the better

Yeah that solder is way too far from the edge to get an accurate reading.
