No, I didn't damage them. I just can't find them. I was going to do some chainsaw testing on the chicom saw and haven't been able to find my chaps anywhere. They're bigger than a set of car keys so I just don't know how I could misplace them so badly that my wife and I can't locate them. "frustrated"...

I have a dump trailer (not a truck) and I already looked there. I looked in the shop (where I thought they were), I looked in the garage, I looked in the house, I looked in the hangar, I looked in the truck, the van, the car, the other car, the rental house garage, and I just can't come up with them. They're probably in plain sight somewhere but it's frustrating. Oh, and then I repeated the search of all the locations. Still no joy. I expect I'll eventually find them and do a face palm for not noticing them sooner.

When I'm done using them, I usually hang them over something in my truck or in the shop so they can dry. I've been doing a lot of Rubik's Cube lately moving stuff in and out of vehicles and buildings so they likely got placed somewhere "unusual" but I've looked in all the unexpected places. Well, obviously not all the places but I tried...

Things always show up when I just finally give up and set down. Then all of a sudden there they are. Did you check your closets, Or utility room. I lost my bibs for a while, like 6 months, and they turned up in my semi rolled up between the passenger seat and the door. I'd been driving the thing everyday for a month, just never had a reason to open that door. Lol
