Not yet, nothing runs yet. They had an Amish kid “fixing” them. I couldn’t get a 362 to fire. The coil wire was stripped and twisted together bare behind the recoil and it was missing the metal ring behind the carb on the intake boot, the 462 is getting a carb rebuild and go from there. The rest of the stuff isn’t worth fixing. If the 462 runs for a couple hundred bucks it’s a score.

My fuel guy called today.

Ryan - “Hey Mike just letting you known cherry flavored is gonna crest $5/gal tomorrow but is $4.449/gal right now. Want me to fill you up?”

Me - “You have to be kidding !?”

Ryan - “ I wish I was. It’s gone up a few bucks the last week so we’re making calls to let guys know what’s going on”

Me - “Well chit, my 2k is less than 10% and Dads 3k and 2k are close to empty. Probably book a transport I guess”.

So I bought close to $30k in fuel today. Fun stuff. That’ll get us towards the end of June on the farm depending on how much custom work we do.

I also purchased a King Size Snickers before buying fuel. I’d have gotten a regular sized Snickers if I’d have talked to Ryan earlier lol.

Well maybe. The ceasefire just dropped prices a bunch. We’ll see what happens tomorrow now lol. Either way I need juice in the next week. Ryan has been good to us in the past so I’m not really worried.

Agreed. We buy close to 12,000gal a year so not a huge account but large enough that he seems to take care of us.
