For anybody in the general Saint Louis area Waltco Tools in wood river Illinois makes it way too easy to spend money. I went in for some bolts and came out with a 36in dead blow, a high end drill bit set, and a bunch of little stuff. Total came out to about $380. That place is dangerous if you trying to have any money left!

I go to those places with barely enough cash for what I "need" to buy! 😊

No, I don't do cashless, like never ever! :)

Probably a good idea.
I then went home and proceeded to break a very nice drill bit trying to remove a hardend steel roll pin... sometimes I'm a idiot.

I am a "metal worker".
Sometimes a cheap HSS drill bit does better than a pricey HSS-Co or even Solid-Carbide drill bit.

But, when properly utilized a Solid-Carbide drill bit will go through pretty much anything!

Parkside has a better power supply because it has 2xAAA and these buttons are not enough for much

I bought 14 jars of honey (900 gram jars) and 3 bags of Brussels Sprouts (500 gram bags), both were an sale.
Might get more tomorrow before PM work if there is any left.

Brussel sprouts and honey should also help with your gas supply...

These are what I got. They worked beautifully drilling holes through 1/4in plate yesterday.

I’m not a Hyundai person or a car shopper. I get phone calls about a wrecked or broken down Honda and buy it and run it until something major happens then move onto the next one. My parents called and said they traded this in for $2800 and I can buy it from the dealer for $2800. 2012 with 87k on it. Pretty much flawless and it’s a shame to let my wife have it. She still drives her junk element most of the time but it’s nice she has a no dogs allowed car and something nice. It’s weird not looking through dog boogers on every window.

It’s worth doing some research on 2012 subarus. They have a specific list of serious issues that you can probably get in front of.

Edit: I’m an idiot, that’s a Hyundai. Better.

Who is “Run”?
My schoolteacher OCD showing up—you can see on one of the pictures that someone wrote “run’s” instead of “runs” on the air filter cover. I was teaching possessive nouns/adjectives last week so this stood out to me.
Not for sure. The speculation could go on ad infinitum no doubt!🤣

I was going to buy an 09 Forester. I knew a lot of the problems but was willing to take a chance for $500 to beat it through the winter.

Got this from the neighbors place I’m cleaning up. It’s locked up currently. I was going to wait until the auction but the auction stuff keeps ending up in the scrap dumpster. I’ve been eyeing this forever, it’s been in the same place outside for years.
