DRO for the Z-axis? I'd like to get one for my drill/mill, or I might just make a redneck DRO out of some cheap electric calipers.Didn't buy it today but it was delivered yesterday. Also got 3 DROs, 2 for my lathes and one for the mini mill.

The DRO for the mini mill is for the x y and z axis. https://www.vevor.com/linear-scale-...ne-with-procision-linear-scale-p_010261634320DRO for the Z-axis? I'd like to get one for my drill/mill, or I might just make a redneck DRO out of some cheap electric calipers.
Keep us posted on how you like it, once you start using it. I'd really like an affordable option for a DRO on my mill. I get by just fine w/o it on the lathe, but I get confused easily on the mill. The DRO for the mini mill is for the x y and z axis. https://www.vevor.com/linear-scale-...ne-with-procision-linear-scale-p_010261634320
