I was going to build one and decided to look online for some ideas and found it on eBay. I figured I couldn’t build it for what I could buy it for and at worst I’d have the levers and pins for the skid steer side to use if it turned out to be junk. It held up really well and I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. Not too often you get some cheap Chinese thing on eBay and it turns out to be very well built like this thing is.

I have a wild idea to try to adapt a skid loader mount for the loader on a old highway tractor I have. It is a freeman loader on it with a rock bucket that is pinned mount, I have a much better bucket off a larger Bush Hog loader that has the skid loader mount. Are there different sizes of skid loader mounts. All I have ever had is pinned on buckets for the skid loader

New set of diggers for the skiddy. I went in to pay for them and told the yard guy to toss them in the minivan outside. He didn't want to at first and I told him It's a Town and Country and I flipped the switch on the dash to Country so it'll be fine. He said Okay and they were inside when I got back to the van :roto2lol:

This walked into the shop this afternoon, it's mine now.

The home made handle fell off when he started the saw to show me that it would run...we have a suitable used one coming off eBay.

7 digit serial number which I understand (from another post) makes it a fairly early one.

There’s a mini and a standard size skid steer mount. The standard is the most common, there might be an oddball type out there but I think it’s pretty standardized

Gotta love vans and wagons! Luckily you remembered to put it in country mode.

Nope. That is the full size skid steer side. It’s a Category 1 3pt at best. I’m not worried about destroying it with my 2038r but anything larger and I think it’d fold up. Depends on what you’d be doing with it I guess.

The mini skid steer mount is common on the smaller wall behind toro and bobcat tracked skid steers. No modern skid steer has the mini mount that I’m aware of.

The Cat 1 issue for me is not a worry. I just want to make sure it will match the 8 foot bucket off the big loader.

I am redneck engineering this deal and just want to make sure I do not buy something that will not match the bucket

That is a nice mess of stuff there justoldsaws, now you have to figure out how to organize it so you can find the pieces you need when you need them...

...this is part of a haul I made a few years ago...

I still don't have everything put where I can find it.
