That's one of your nicest ones yet, Mr. N. They've closed Salmon down here - no one down here bagged any real big ones this year in either of our bays.

Was pretty rough going out and somehow my electric downrigger came un locked from the mount and i lost it with the cannonball and rod and reel.
I litterally lost over a thousand bucks of equipment.

And only got one walleye

Sucks. We don't have any big water around here to justify electric riggers. I have a couple of cheap scottys. Just now got a couple cheap line counter outfits to give them a try. I can't remember what graph you have but were you able to set a way point and jig something back over the area at a later time to try and find them?

Ya i set a way point. It was too rough to even think of trying to get it again.

This is one of those times when side imaging would come in handy. Local lake I fish at times is N/S orientation and it will build waves quickly. Been out in it several times when it comes up from nowhere.

Been pretty happy with lowrance for the most part. Hard to believe this was taken three years ago. Carbon 12 and they still cost a pretty penny even with the Live series out.

Got dad out yesterday for a boat ride. As close to a smile as he gets. Lunch today is taken care of.

Got two toads today, buck and hen! The buck was line screamer! The hen cut really nice, usually they are pail
