Thought about Slow Rust Blueing the blasted Woodslasher 2.25lb Boys axe in my Sweat Cabinet, or Cerakoting/Duracoating it.
But to be honest, it will take a natural patina a lot quicker with all that surface crap off it.

Forced patina after sandblast (mustard/hot sauce).
I blobbed it to thick on the temper line area (couldn't get oxygen).
Otherwise it would have turned out decent.
Axes are HARD to force a patina on because 3/4 of them arent quenched (hardened).
So I was lucky it darkened at all.
No worries, it's gonna be a user, or I'd simply blast it again & start over. Lol
