Bought my 064 to flip! Then I ran it and my mind was changed! Bought this sweet little 024 Super to clean up and flip!

That was close to two years ago. Haven't sold it and haven't ran it! Rebuilding a 272xp that I bought to flip. We will have to wait and see on that one!

After going through several of my saws yesterday, I'm thinking I don't really need 4 of this model or two of that model or two of that model or two of that model. But then I would have to decide which one(s) to keep and stuff so I just put them all back on the shelf... Two of a model is a good idea in my opinion for trouble shooting assistance. Sometimes with an obscure problem, switching parts is the best method to narrow down a defective component.

Justification......the first step towards becoming a hoarder........well done, Herman.

Very nice.

Being the Eastern U.S. distributor of Snellerized Wood© must require more of your warehouse space?

Correct, and it needs to be quarantined so the rot does not spread. Finding rotted wood with the bark on is a difficult task.

I can sell my saws. (if I want to). The 028S was already sold once to a guy but he traded it in a year later for another 039. He just liked the additional power of the bigger saw so didn't use the 028S much. That saw is really a clean example. I'll resell it again as I'm partial to the 026 model. I'll probably eventually sell one or two of those too. I have three runners and #4 needs to be gone through and cleaned up/checked over.
My old trusty 026 had an 18" bar on it for years. I then went to a 16" but that didn't seem quite right so I found a 17" aftermarket bar and split the difference. I run .325 on all the 026/028 saws.

Yep. I tell myself, and my wife, for that matter, the exact same thing.

I would be more inclined to sell saws if it wasn't for the packing and shipping. I offered my kids $10 a saw to do it but both declined. At their age I was making $1.60 an hour (or $12.80 per day).

You're feeding them too much. Hungry kids work harder. Cut their rations and install vending machines. You'll get your saws packed and make most of your money back.

Packaging is a real pain, especially when done properly.

Dang! My first job I made $2.65/hr.

We are still ahead of @stihl sawing as he was paid two wooly mammoth teeth per hour, or one pterodactyl beak per day.
