The 500 looks great to me, but it sounded as though it wasn't warmed up very well.
You stihl guys better learn how to pump that bulb, 8 pulls on a 80 plus cc saw
.
Chips sure looked to be fanning out the back of the 500 nicely, wonder how it noodles.
I wonder how many tanks both saws have had thru them, if the 500 was new well dang that's impressive.
Maybe it was a Brazilian 395
.

The 500i definitely looks to be an impressive saw. I'm truly on the fence between a 572 and a ms500I when they are available...
