I gutted the 9000 muffler much more and decided to see how close it was to a muffler modded 395. Never seen these two compared so I figured it would be interesting. 28” full comp 7 pin 3/8 in some frozen ash.
22.80 seconds.
20.85 seconds.... about two seconds difference. I’d say there close in torque, maybe a slight edge to the 9000 in torque. The 395 holds a bit more rpms in the cut. I’d like to compare them with a 42” .404 bar and see how close they are.

That Makita Sounds good. Crisp sound to it!
