I got a 026 to do this week which is the complete opposite saw from my usual work,I rarely do small saws anymore,it will be a welcome change.

I'm so use to big ported saws that it's hard for me to to think I'm making big gains,it have to video everything anymore because they all start to feel the same.

What stihls you got there?
That's the condition i love
046 that I fixed and gave back for trade for the rest. 4x 066/660, one of which I did this past winter. One 044 and one 440 which I combined to make a runner this winter as well. And part of a clapped out 394xp. Cylinder and piston are perfect tho.

I've currently got 3/4 of the parts I need to build another 044 hybrid and a 044.
I'm also slowly gathering parts to build a 036.
While I'm collecting parts I've been building more ms260/026 intake elbows for use with a 044 carb and v stack. On a side note I've also found that the elbows also fit the ms660/066.

Putting a 372 together with a Hyway top end. Stock, squish is zero, piston hits top of cylinder, will set it at .018-.0.20. Opened up muffler, matched intake and exhaust, cleaned up porting. Waiting for a few part to arrive.

I've got my 446 hybrid apart and donated the jug to the raffle 46 when I won the 461.
I have a really good 046 D goin back on the hybrid with a little different flavor of piston
What's this "different flavor of piston" your referring to Deeter?

This little Stihl 015 was my last build for a friend. Was in storage for twenty years, so after I unlocked it went pretty good after that. Neat part about was the flywheel comes with a large slot so the timing can be adjusted, I converted it to electronic and advanced it as far as it went and this little saw really runs/cuts pretty nice.
Waiting in the wings are a MS360, MS440, 272XP and a couple dozen or so more in the bone pile.

Man Tor you always have a nice selection of build saws to choose from!
thanks man!
It was an old logger who made those projects I have go true.

I had some hope to get a few 2xx serie projects but it seems the good old time in Norway is over, at least when it goes to the 2xx serie saws :( one of my dealer deal had not seen any 254 repairs this year, a dealer who was in their time the biggest dealer in Norway and 80% of their sale was 254, seems those 2xx is about to die out :(

Most of my projects are starters, never the less, I am trilled about to start to port them all, didnt need any new projects.

I ride hard and put away wet. Do tend to give them a nice fluffy towel though. The only saw I can take out of rotation is my 026 it's goin' down for a wood port I did on the original cylinder. She's on the third one. The main thing I focus on is the sharpening jig. Got it all down and waiting to get into the rotation on the CNC.

spencerpaving let's see some pic of the Matt Marks hotsaw sometime, dude. Sorry I don't have any time to get in here and mentally punish any of you pussies, but I do care.

Hmm ...builds. ...not having great luck these days. Had saw #1 from the 350 challenge come back. Cylinder is cooked. Head bolts came loose I think. :(

372 project wrapping up...quick flip...nuthin exciting.

Will have an additional 350 project thanks to @Gentleman. ...

Oh...and I got a 262xp project that the doc did a jug for. It's gonna rock.

Chainsaw builds? Huh?

Who wastes time on that sort of stuff?

I'd rather be swimming or something.....

I do,no risk of drowning! ha-ha
Here's one I should not have let get away. 630 with heated handles, put a 266 piston and cylinder in it. It just screams for firewood. Should have never gave it to my cousin. Sometimes I do the silliest/stupidest things!
