I use to like the looks of a bubble top better but constantly working on flat tops has changed my thinking.
Plus the flat tops run more gooder

Take the wrap and clutch cover off and it will improve the looks.

cutting on side hills need the wrap

I like the small cover with the longer flap on it. Clears chips better and deflects them farther away than the normal short cover

I run the short cover milling ,it shoots the chips to the left of my ladder tracks ,the full cover shoots them onto the tracks ,with a wrap need the full cover to protect finger tips .

I think it's am combo of both.
It's more aiming and opening them where they work better.

This hole idea of porting is doing all we can to get more fresh charge in and old charge out without mixing the 2 and back feeding the transfers.
