Plug sure is in there a waysFFS
I give up!
Bloke gives me his 064 to port but he wants to keep the OEM cylinder original...... Don't ask
We decided to keep it as an 85cc 064 so I ordered one of the Lil red barn P&C kits.
Checked timing first:
OEM: 101/122/73
LRB: 96/122/82 and only .050 to freeport
Then I found this.
OEM spark plug hole has 7 threads
LRB spark plug hole has 11 to 12 threads

I have requested a refund.
I ported one of these 064 cylinders for Jack that was a excellent cylinder.
He couldn't start it so I ported the am cylinder with a decomp.
150lb and ran well.
Matter of fact I tested 5 or 6 different ks and mahle 064 cylinders and the am one ran the best stock.
Shame there's no consistency.
Its got that shinny/matte look after I screwed the spark plug in.Looks like a helicoil or something like it.
I never noticed one like it.
See what kind of compression it has stock, you may not need to lower it and 82 ain't gonna hurt it to bad.I remember the thread, and its why I got one.
I am going to talk the saw owner into porting the OEM cylinder and may have a crack at grinding this AM POS out to some speed saw numbers.
Maybe 97/117/80 with a bit of fill in the intake?
about 20* blowdown on that?See what kind of compression it has stock, you may not need to lower it and 82 ain't gonna hurt it to bad.
I'd have to look but I think Jack's is 98 82+
Laugh.... thats a great solution.View attachment 64372
