Thanks randy, I might have done business with you a time or two. Lol. Scarr52 might be able to chime in. Redbull661 you around?

If needed I can wait until I meet the required criteria to post this for sale. Its been sitting for a while, lil more time won't hurt. I appreciate you guys standing up and making sure people can be vouched for to help reduce others from being scammed. I had a couple good deals with jms saws then I got screwed like others. I know what its like to be scammed. Keep up the good work fellas!

Those deals where back in 2015, I had to look it up to remember. I know I did the 084 for you but didn't you originally buy an 066 from me? Somehow JMS swindled you out of that one, I wonder where that saw is today?

BTW, I rebuilt that 084 late in 2019 for it's new owner. He let it get a little lean while milling and the stock filter was not keeping the fines out. The cylinder cleaned up, it got a new piston and an OEM HD filter setup.

That 084 was a beast to handle. It pulled a 42 in bar like a hot knife through butter no matter how big the log. When the chain took a bite it would pull me into the logs. I'd have to pull against the saw to keep the Dawgs from biting in when cutting rounds. Thought about taking them off to make it easier for bucking big logs. JMS got me good on that 066. Wish I could make that deal never happen. Glad to hear you got the 084 back up and going. I'm sure it's great for milling. I ran out of large wood and didn't want to have it sitting around for nothing. Glad he's putting it to good use.

Thats right randy. You worked the 261 over pretty good. Still got the video showing stock taking 18 secs and finished it took 8 secs. Thats one hell of a saw. People can't believe how fast that saw is until they see it and try it themselves. Im trying to decide between the 462 and the 500 for my next saw. I have a 661 for bigger wood and 261 for smaller stuff. Want/need something it between. Whats the difference between the 2?

I have a photographic memory.

LOL

Not really. I keep all the emails of saw transactions. I searched for the name of the town he lives in......boom. There it was.

If you have the 661, the 462 would be my recommendation. It's light....and 70cc. The 500i is light for an 80cc saw, but too close to the 661 to consider for a size between the 261, and the 661.

Yup, that was a great running 066. JMS copied it and made many more like it. Last year I fixed a broken out bar stud from the pad on an 064/066 hybrid he sold to a guy all JB welded up, the porting was identical to my work.
