Not sure Dan. This one hits piston right now.
1cc for every 10cc of displacement is the ROT for 200 psi
Every .001 of squish in this 46mm bore = .16cc by my calculation. Squish is 12 now.
This chamber around 3.5cc presently. I should be right around 200psi.
Believe it or not, the head is likely the easiest part of the build. I’ll likely make another, as this one was made by me and Mr. Heineken. He countersunk the bolt holes, making cap screws a necessity. I wanted studs.
May run as is, get comp readings, etc, and make one or two other heads.
May pipe it as well. I can do that adding a base gasket/spacer to bring Ex roof up. And a different head.
80 off base and 10 more off piston skirt yielded 102/122/77. Much better than 91/108/64.
