If it’s really just a few cutters (2-3), sharpen them at their ‘new’ length, and let the others catch up as they wear. Nothing fancy needed.

If it’s a significant number (6+), or if they are really messed up, consider spinning in some replacement cutters from a donor chain, and filing/grinding them back to match.

thats what I try to do but lately finding straps has been a royal PITA since Oregon went to their new chain system. and to top it off my grinder is dead so my life sucks....
