You need to get into the uppers wiff a small cut off wheel first Dave. Then you will apperciate the ra that much more.

I've seen guys talking about doing them this way but have never seen how there doing it.

I dont have any pics from doing them with a cut off wheel Brian. Im sure there are others that could make them decent this way but I had trouble.

I bought my ra head when I was doing my 261. The tunnels were to small to get the wheels in deep enough and it left a step at the back of the tunnel.

With the right bit in the RT angle, and a TON of patience, you can get a good corner.
Here is the first one I finished on the left side of the primary, I cleaned up the others the same way

You don't want a Foredom right angle. Too big. You want a C.C. Speciality MC182

I have some foredom right angles... they aren't 90 degrees, which isn't necessarily bad, but they cannot take heavy use. The top ends burn up easily. I'm not sure if parts can be replaced yet either.
I'm going to get the mc182.
$312 right now.

On 60 cc jugs and smaller it's even a little tricky to fit the 182. Any bigger and it just ain't gunna work

Hmm, my foredom ones must be pretty small then. I had no issues with getting them in a 346 jug....
But again, they aren't made for heavy grinding.

Cutoff wheels work ok in dual port jugs, but I haven't seen a quad port that the wheel will fit in.

That picture I posted is a 346 jug. Just about impossible to get a corner on the intake side of the secondaries, even with the CC MC182
