That must of been a pretty good sized cherry tree to get 3 trailer loads.

28” bar and had to walk around the trunk cut, probably 50’ tall and about 10’ up it branched into 3 trunks that were all 20”-24”. All nice wood.

I believe there are plenty of other types of hardwoods in his neck of the forest so Elm is a considered lesser wood & it can be tough to split.
