Not yet but I need to. Just finished putting together this "precision" AR. It's built around a seekins reciever set from @Redbull661 and a CLE cut Krieger 20" barrel. It's like a cheap high end build. Needs higher rings still.

Neighbor kid (20something) stuffed the muzzle of my dads turkey gun a bit ago. (Fence crossing inadvertent mistake)

Was lucky that nobody got hurt.

Haven't had any trigger time myself. Need to get out again.

Spladle - Is that a magpul PRS stock? If so, would you mind telling me how far the butt pad extends out? Im considering the PRS for a build but havent been able to find that measurement.

A buddy of mine did that in high school while spring gobbler hunting. He had it in his truck, so the wood shop teacher had him bring it in. They cut the split part off with a hacksaw and filed it smooth. He was back out hunting with it the next day, but there was no bead on the end of the barrel.

Would suck for any kind of hunting, wouldn’t pattern for *s-word with no choke
