Yeah, properly tuned wet nitrous and efi with the tools available today is a viable option if you aren't spraying a lot and often.

I did the nitrous thing and just got tired of *s-wordting plugs, pistons, sleeves, valvetrain....oh yeah, all of it. I spent more money on 2 sets of wear items than I would have on a pair of snails.

Maybe I am more conservative than I thought, because out of all the bottles of nitrous I went through never had a related failure!
Maybe I wasn't trying hard enough...

This I am well aware of,per the incident that occurred when a "gentlemen" decided that he liked my lane better than his. Resulting in the systematic removal of my nose and spleen and the installation of some lovely metal hardware from my head to my feet. He crushed that I-ROC Camaro up like a beer can.

Yeh, they all moved/relocated to Sparta, Tn area and mid-Ga (Warner Robins area) many, many yrs ago.

Sparta seems to be a common name. Sparta NC is a beautiful mountain town -- like going back in time. I love it!
