I've had these off and on for years here @ my place. I find they tend to be solitary creatures. If I disturb them more than a time or two, they disappear for a long time.Here's a vid:
Here's a 'fishing spider' I found once in Austin. It was all curled up in a corner, so I thought it was a moth at first. So, of course, I poked it with a stick. Of course, it weren't no moth:
