How do you like the Taurus? Iv got the g2s and have over 2,000 rounds through it so far with 0 problems. I've also got a S&W 2.0 compact with close to 2,000 through it and 0 problems. I carry my g2s more than S&W simply because of the textured grip on the S&W will rub you raw,lol

I only had a Taurus pt100 .40 in the 90s
It was a really nice pistol.
I needed to get my widowed sister a pistol
None of my competition gun's suited her
And i saw all the positive reviews for the g3 on youtube.
I don't know guns anymore I shot idpa for 25 year's and quit
About 7 year's ago
The gun world has changed completely there was hundreds of pistols I'd never heard of.
Compact and sub compacts rule now.
20200620_102005.jpg in my day was full size or nothing lol20200620_100818_HDR.jpg
She had never shot a gun before
So I started her with a s&w compact .22
Then switched to the g3
She never missed a shot at 21ft
Don't mention the revolver grip she simply would not listen to me
It's your thumb I told her.
I liked it so on my way home I stopped and bought the g2c20200621_094045.jpgThats about 80ft
She preferred the smaller g2c so I traded
Then I found the g3c and bought it.
No issue's at all 700 or so through the g3
Really nice little guns I like the g3 triggers
Over my glocks.

That's cool, yeah I noticed that grip lol,but I cant say anything I'm no expert in any way. I did the trigger on my g2s ,made it better, which it wasn't horrible to begin with just wanted to see if I could make it better. Haven't touched my S&W. I'm sure it could be improved also but its already so smooth, except for that textured grip lol

That's my favorite thing about the new Smith's
The grip texture it's great doesn't bother me at all.
The trigger on mine is excellent
My early one's are spongy and hard to predict.

There is an aftermarket trigger kit for the early ones, that my cousin swears by. He isn't the most mechanical, and can complete the installation qyickly and correctly. If that says anything about them.

Getting ready for Halloween at my house. We don't have candy here, at least not for anyone else.

The Apex kits are nice but pricey
I put a couple in.
I just polished the standard one's on mine
They are good enough for what I do.

What variety of apple? They look like a good cider apple.

these apples are what city folk call desert apples which is a cross between a cooker and a eater nice for apple pie but they don’t keep if you gets a frost
That’s it they downhill quickly if you store them on newspaper or shelf them
They go brown where they make contact with any surface
hybrid strains not always progress

I live in a town with a healthy apple industry, so I know what you mean. Our favorite orchard has a few Honeycrisp trees just to keep city folks happy, but they aren't really a good apple for keeping, cooking, cider, or anything. There's nothing better than a good cider made from the right mix of apples. Around here they use Macintosh, Jonathan, and in the later season, Northern Spy. That's the one that makes a real good cider.
