You can get some nice rides for under 10k thats for sure, and I think that market will get even better in the near future. Put 10k in your pocket, the right deal will come along .
I don't mind a good flood vehicle, I've owned a few, but you do need to be wise about buying them. To me all the electrical and speakers are replaceable, but once they have rust on them to me they are junk, I know you can "repair" rust, but if it's where you can see it, it's also where you cant . When I search craigslist around here I search "no rust", "rust free", "out west", "down south", I'll find some sort of vehicle that's not from around here, I don't care what brand as long as it wasn't too bad of a model, heck I'm driving a ford now .

Yep, I looked at the website they had in the add, its got a bunch more pics and wouldn't you know its got an email to contact them at, just like all the ads on Craigslist that are scams .

This is a picture I took of Crater Lake in 2012, it was smoky that day due to a big fire about 14 miles west of the park. I had to climb a ways down into the caldera to get this shot.

We have all heard the phrase waiting on a train. Well today I was waiting on a bridge to lower in Cleveland due to a ship passing through. Pretty interesting mechanics and counterweight system on the bridge.

Well, that's not quite what I meant, but many times its true. The ads that are scams will have real nice pics that are somewhat blurry because they have been copied/the size reduced and they usually have an email that's in a picture. With the bronco add it seems they are doing things a bit different since there was no email in the pictures.
One thing that many of the scammers have been doing for a while is using local numbers in their ads, I'm not sure how they get them(maybe spoofed), but I've seen it a lot more in the last couple yrs and it makes it harder to spot a bad ad.
