I know you are looking at all the photos ,reading every word and not just hitting the like button to catch up. LOL When you hit 10-15 pages behind is hard not to just review only the photos on a page here and there...:D

Yeah there’s a lot of good fotos this past few days and @Bigmac been flying through the air and @Steve wants a green snake ha ha and no sheep fluffers

I thought maybe he had been out felling trees with that double bit axe, that can burn a bit of time :eek:.

Yeah been felling hedge trees under power lines and garden pruning
Also my Ebay shop been pretty busy lately

Ed to the rescue after a fluffer pulled the threads out of a head on a 1.4 turbo. I almost missed it too!

2014 1.4, 48,000 miles.
The oil filter has become one with the housing.
Whomever changed it last, ripped the felt seal off the filter being replaced, so it got doubled up.
Sludge galore..lifter tick on cold start.
So, is it just lash adjusters, some form of dinosaur chit lodged in a passage, or a gummed up pump?

I will likely never know. Customer wont allow tear down. Said they will just run it..

Good to hear you're staying busy. You're right about the rain coming, it always does, and as they say you gotta make hay when the suns shining. Its hard to get people who dont work for themselves to understand when its go time we go, until it isn't, thats just how it is. There always comes time to hang out and chill, just have to be patient and wait for it. Its been a slow summer for me, but it's all working out.
Glad your stores busy too.
