Probably spot on with that assessment.

Rattle can flat black vehicles around here mean it has been occupied by someone with carnal knowledge of a farm animal.
Or some innocent furry woodland creature.

I can dig the prime grey look on stuff but if its gonna be flat black it can only be a model A Ford.

That is what you would call "stealth mode" any time you see a rattle can flat black vehicle in east Topeka it's been occupied by a tweeker.

And it's right across the street from the scrap yard so me thinks they didnt have a title and just left it there.

That was another neat place
Wow!
Beautiful beach front!
Looked like one of the ones I use to make out on while stationed in Ft. Walton Beach.
Back then you could lay out, drink wine, and snuggle till the wee hours of the morn.
Try that now and you'll take, "Ze Dirt Nap:sleep::lily: or they'll find your torso in suitcase:lily:...a victim of local psychopaths!:icon_domokun::grinning-smiley-048:

Ya the north neighbor is 8’ away, they are way to close to the property line, but grandfathered in, and the south house is 20’ the proper minimum distance with 2 level decks

That's way to fugging close for my taste. Especially for how much that build is costing.

I hear ya, it is almost impossible to get large beach front lots, there is a couple lots for sale in the are on the water, that are less than 75’ wide for ove 500k! It’s crazy experience. I would much rather have a little land and room, with trees, and have a view or be on the river! Most of the beach houses here average 1 million, but San Francisco’s average 2 bed apartment costs 1 mill, and the poverty line in San Francisco is 109k a year! Lol I guess it’s all relative. But I couldn’t live there, I live inland and it’s a fraction of the cost, but it is nice to work on the beach houses
