Good looking truck. If that was from my area it would be solid rust.
How many miles?
I would dump the rear diff fluid, change trans fluid and filter just for cheap peace of mind and then you can see what it looks like inside.
If a person takes care of them, those LS engines will run forever. They might need a few parts along the way, but they will run.

Fuel trim balance bank 1.
It's not liking what the left bank pre catalyst o2 sensor is reading.
Could be intermittent vacuum leak, fuel, 02 sensor, and a few more things. Slight misfires can cause it to set too.

I has 130k, was thinking of doing the trany and diff oil!!! Rust isn’t on the radar here yet! Most of the 90’s trucks are still in great shape

If your code reader can get mode $06 data you can see the missfires counted without it setting a code. What year Navigator?
