If we had known 50 years ago how the market wood change ! My mechanic bought a road runner with wing for $1500 back when, for example. I had a 914/6. Yes that 6 does meen a weber trip carb on each side of the engine bay. 911 t motor. Over 500 brought/sold in US in the few years it was made. Was told it wood be in the $80k-95k range today. Fun while it lasted
And that Superbird is probably $150,000 today.

Nice, but some of that ain't kosher. Aaaaaand I just noticed the fender badge. Beautiful truck, but the 1/2 ton badging with the 3/4-1 ton running gear messes with my ocd. If it was mine I'd try to find some 1200 or 1300 badges. Kinda reminds me of the 1100 my dad had for a few years, though. Cool trucks, but rust around the wheel wells, windshields, and cowl area is too prevalent around me.
