If I'd kept them I was gonna put the filter and the full wrap on the "good" saw, but I just had (and have) too many projects and not enough time.If I rebuilt that saw with 100% NOS parts including NOS piston (I hoarde vintage NOS Shindaiwa parts) & threw my full wrap handle on it, it would prolly bring $800 or more to some rich dude in Japan!

Just keep rubbing in the fact you have the last two NOS pistons on the planet. LolIf I rebuilt that saw with 100% NOS parts including NOS piston (I hoarde vintage NOS Shindaiwa parts) & threw my full wrap handle on it, it would prolly bring $800 or more to some rich dude in Japan!

Looks like Droop Mountain Battlefield
Not sure about top photo. Second one looks like Droop Mountain Battlefield. One below in next set looks like it was taken in Paintbank Va.
That saw runs like a top with the LRB piston and 039 rings. I appreciate you selling it to me. I have a nice trio, 488, 695 and 757.If I'd kept them I was gonna put the filter and the full wrap on the "good" saw, but I just had (and have) too many projects and not enough time.
