I'm heading out early (for me -- Dan's up crazy early LOL) hoping to roll by 7:00 to get to Dan's for 8:15-8:30 ish. We'll post here once we get situated and tickets allocated and in a bowl for the drawing. Then we'll simply take it from there!

Got a roll of 2000 actual raffle tickets we'll use for picking to make it real!
I've got the 262 prize saw (will install a new clutch spring on it I never got around to doing), my personal 262, 372, and 385 (dan needs to try my 385 -- I don't think he's run that saw yet!). So a little mini GTG goings on.
Got a 365 special all cleaned and ready for assembly. Replacement crank and new OEM piston to install. As long as we don't find any problems and there's time we can see about putting that saw together. She's a beauty all stock.
Got a mattyo "pull a crank into bearings" tool to try out.
I think I'm ready to go here. Tomorrow's the day fellas!
