I’ve been in the slow process of building a speed mower for a while now..

Man I saw the title of this thread and I was half expecting to see something like this....

It seems I forgot to report back with progress from when I went to Merrill in late November. I got the engine running and the mower driving, kinda. Gears 5-6 were generally super slow and weird. I don’t see anything wrong with idlers or anything, I’ve been told the belt could just be that worn/old.
