We just pull ours up on the hoist for under carriage work.

Dang that's a nice lift and nice shop. I could get my self in real trouble working in there lol. I'd be building a 1 ton Chev 4x4 with Dana 80 rear Dana 70 front with a 6V53 twin turbo Detroit and a Eaton 10 speed with divorced transfer case.

You got something against rotary or common rails @Dieselshawn?? LOL!
Hardest thing about that inline Bosch pump is changing the fuel cut solenoid between the pump and block.

Nope, not at all. They’re all reliable and do their jobs just fine.

I like the inline pumps because they can make over 1,000 horsepower :coleman: which is not gonna happen in a skid steer :risas3:

Them Tak's aren't supposed to break down LOL!!
I feel your pain kmtrigger. We are a Tak dealer also. Thankfully I mainly stick with the Komatsu iron. The later tier4 machines are a real pain to access anything. They will get some work done though.

That one has been good except the fuel filters I'm doing them every other month. It's the only machine that does it

Yes sir, That is a common rail engine. Very fine micron ratings like 2-secondary and 10-15 micron primary. Very allergic to any water or sediment. Your other machines must be tier3. Fuel filters not as low of micron rating. The pumps/injectors can ingest mentioned crap and still run. Common rail- no way.

There's a yanmar excavator that's new and a u55 mini x all emissions but Def. They're good run on whatever you put in the tank this skid tho doesnt. Don't get me wrong I love it and I'm one of the only guys there that can run it good everyone else is stuck on those old case controls.

It’s the work shop, obviously. And yes heated floors. Nice for melting snow off trucks that come in, but it make my feet sweat.

And you couldn’t see the 10 ton bridge crane that will reach everywhere in the shop.
