Here is some of that walnut I found in somebody's driveway a year or two back.
I forged out some bases for it.
I can really see what all the fuss over walnut wood is about.

It's actually black walnut. The tables appear kind of ashen in these pics prior to stain. After hard wax they took on a chocolate hue. You can sort of see it in the pic with that creepy guy sitting around in it. Got to get some updated pics.
