I wonder if Buckeye carbide has left hand burrs available, I didn't see any listed, but it would sure help reduce chatter in the transfers.

I think it’s about time to pay the nice folks at CC and get the proper tool tho

Cc 182 is right around 480.00, I ordered 2 more a few months ago to have 3. My buddy has a telescopic RA from another company, little over $600 but it has a better collet design imo.

I wouldn't call it artwork, but I'm just enjoying the radius on the port edges. That Hyway plating chips so bad.

I'm still not sure on how to finish the chatter side efficiently. I just went at it with a coarse Diamond burr to get the rest of the way.

So far this 028s is looking like 105, 123, 80. What do yall think? I don't like that 80, but the stock intake floor isn't anywhere near flat either. I'm aiming for torque with this one.

I’d go 105/120/80

That’s a relatively short stroke motor, so there will be less physical distance between ports per degree.

I ported one of those Hyway jugs. The intake port is pure crapola.

Hard roll. I rarely chip plating and the hog will tear it up good.

Doc has it covered... good call.

Stock intake pics, and the cylinder needed the screw pockets clearanced as well as the corner of a fin before it would mount on the saw. I like how the exhaust is lower than OEM, and the squish was huge, so I could just cut the base, keep the gasket, and end up around 105.

I also improved the gap between the fins.
